LIVERSIDGE COURT APARTMENTS
Liversidge Court is a complex of 55 apartments located on the ANU campus
available to the University community, corporate and general public guests. All
apartments are self-serviced.
Each apartment features:
- Equipped kitchenette – gas cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, crockery,
cutlery and cooking utensils
- Reverse cycle air conditioning providing both heating and cooling
- Television
- Telephone
- Washing machine, clothes drier, iron and ironing board
- Towels and bed linen
- Broadband Connection
Liversidge Court Apartments offer studio, one and two bedroom apartments
- Studio apartments - one double bed in an open plan apartment
- One bedroom apartment - one double bed in a separate bedroom
- Two bedroom apartments - a double bed in the main bedroom with 2 singles
beds in the second bedroom
Check in/Checkout
The check in time for all guests is 2pm and check out time is 10am.
We are unable to accommodate early check ins. If you wish to guarantee an
early check in you need to make your reservation from the previous evening
(subject to availability).
Confirmation
All bookings at Liversidge Court need to be confirmed by providing payment
details prior to arrival. Please advise credit card details by email, phone or
fax. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. A confirmation letter at
current tariff rates will be forwarded to you, however tariffs are reviewed
annually and subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your due check in will incur a
charge of one night's accommodation.
Additional Bedding
Fold up beds (rollaways) for children are available in one and two bedroom
apartments only. Please advise at time of booking. There is an additional cost.
Infant cots are available at no extra charge - basic travel cot supplied;
guest required to bring own linen for cot. Please advise at time of booking.
Parking
Free parking available at the complex for Liversidge Court guests only. A
parking permit will be issued upon check in.
Cleaning
Liversidge Court Apartments are not serviced but cleaning and washing
equipment is provided. An additional charge applies should you require a
cleaning service during your stay.
A complimentary monthly service is available for long term guests of more
than 4 weeks.
Nightly Tariffs
Rates are available by contacting University Accommodation Services. Please
specify the check in and check out dates and the apartment style you require.
Electricity and gas charges are included in the tariff. Telephone calls are
charged separately.

In accordance with ANU policy all apartments are non-smoking. Pets are not
permitted in the apartments or on University grounds.
Note. These apartments are for temporary accommodation and are not
available for long term residencies.
