studios up to 5 and 6 bedroom apartments, UniLodge has a room type to suit you.

Sporting pursuits. With 2100 residents across 4 buildings you are sure to find

This new complex includes 4 buildings: Davey Lodge, Kinloch Lodge, Warrumbul
Lodge and Lena Karmel Lodge opening in Jan 2012. Containing studio and double
apartments to 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 bedroom share apartments. All have their own
bathrooms and cooking facilities with TV, internet and phone facilities. With
generous common spaces to foster intellectual and social interaction for lasting
friendships, academic stimulation and of course, fun.

There are a variety of apartment types available, all fully furnished and
equipped. Residents can choose to live independently in a single studio or share
a 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 bedroom multi-share apartment with other students. Each
bedroom has a large study desk, data port, telephone, storage space and a
comfortable bed. There are a small number of twin-share studios for close
friends or family, and double studio's and 1 bedroom apartments for couples.

In 2012 rates range from $188-$252 per week for a single student depending on
whether you live in a 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 bedroom apartment or $350 per week a
double studio suitable for couples. Occupancy agreements are for 48 or 52 weeks.
Rent is paid a fortnight in advance via direct debit from an Australian bank.

All units contain their own kitchen. Kitchens are equipped with gas burners,
refrigerator and microwave. Students need to provide their own cooking utensils,
cutlery and crockery. Tables, chairs, couches and TV's are also provided in all
apartments common areas. 3, 4, 5, & 6 bedroom apartments come with an oven
and extra bathroom and kitchen space.

Utilities fees are added to the room tariff and in 2011 cost $25 per week.
This covers gas, electricity, heating and water use.

Each room has a phone with Voicemail. Residents can make internal and on
campus calls at no charge. Local, STD and international calls are charged at
competitive rates negotiated by the University. Telephone and internet
connection is added to the room tariff and in 2012 cost $6 per week.

An ANU supported computer lab is located in each building. Each room contains
a data port for internet access for residents with their own computers. UniLodge
offers high speed unlimited internet use for $2 per week. We also provide
wireless internet available in all common areas on each floor.

UniLodge @ ANU is part of the ANU campus at the ANU Exchange development and
is approx 10 mins walk to the Canberra CBD. Retail stores, restaurants, cafes,
banking facilities and public transport are right at your doorstep. Free secure
and undercover bicycle storage is provided to UniLodge residents.

UniLodge @ ANU reception is open 7 days a week and provides a comprehensive
academic and pastoral support network made up of the General Manager, Assistant
General Manager, Residential Life Manager, Community Coordinators, Senior
Residents, Resident Advisors & Academic Mentors. Each building offers a
number of study rooms and flexi spaces. Our Residents Commitee organises social,
sporting and arts eventsregularly throughout the year.

There are designated music rooms at Kinloch Lodge.

A coin operated laundry with washing machines and dryers available at a cost
of $3 per wash/dry. There is also a drying room in each location.

Limited parking is available to UniLodge residents at a cost of $82.50 per
month. Residents are encouraged to leave cars behind and use alternative
transport. Public transport is easily accessible and there is substantial
provision of secure, covered bicycle storage.

|

Residents are responsible for cleaning their own rooms and must contribute to
cleaning the common areas of the apartment. Vacuum cleaners can be borrowed from
reception, but other cleaning materials must be provided by the residents.
Apartments are inspected at least once a semester.

Smoking is prohibited in all University buildings including UniLodge.
