UniLodge @ ANU has been specifically designed to create a secure, comfortable and independent living environment for our students.

• Convenient Location

UniLodge @ ANU is part of the ANU campus at the ANU Exchange development and is approx 10 mins walk to the Canberra CBD. Retail

stores, banking facilities and public transport are right at your doorstep.

• A range of fully furnished apartments

There are a variety of apartment types available, all fully furnished and equipped. Residents can choose to live independently in a studio

or share a multi bedroom apartment with other students. Each bedroom has a large study desk, storage space and a comfortable bed.

Kitchens are equipped with gas burners, refrigerator and microwave. All apartments have a television and are fully self-

contained with private cooking, bathroom and lounge facilities. The One Bedroom Double and Large Studio Double Apartments are

suitable for couples only.

• Facilities

UniLodge @ ANU has a large common room equipped with high quality entertainment systems and games equipment, secure outdoor

courtyard areas, providing places where students can relax and mingle. A computer area and study zones enable students to work together

on group assignments as well as break out areas throughout the building for group gatherings.

UniLodge Kinloch will have sound proofed music rooms, many multi-purpose study and social spaces including a theatre and games room,

computer labs, BBQ and outdoor areas and a number of apartments with balconies. UniLodge Kinloch will have air conditioning and heating.

A coin operated laundry facility is located on the ground level of each building. Every room has telephone and high speed internet access

points.

• Security

UniLodge @ ANU has a resident management team present during office hours with security arrangements for out of hours with resident

advisors assisting to provide a point of contact at all times. Security is paramount at UniLodge with all external doors, common area doors,

apartment doors and bedroom doors being access able by security card only.

• Rates

UniLodge give students the option of having either 48 or 52 week contracts. See below for rates and charges associated with both.

UniLodge will offer a small number of 24 week contracts for 1st semester only, but only to those students who will be at ANU for just

1 semester, or who have only got 1 semester left of study. All contracts for Semester 2 arrivals are 24 week contracts. Please contact
