In 2007 options for housing at ANU expanded. In January 2009 they expanded AGAIN!

ANU believes living on campus is an integral part of a student's university experience. Living in a residence presents social, academic, sporting and cultural

possibilities. All new Undergraduates coming to ANU from outside the ACT are guaranteed accommodation in an ANU-owned or approved facility. Now

postgraduates and later year undergraduates have increased options for housing with the development of UniLodge @ ANU.

Davey Lodge welcomed its first residents in January 2007. This exciting project provides a range of choices based on apartment settings. Ranging from

single occupancy studios to five bedroom and mezzanine units, these units offer self-contained living within a secure community. All have their own bathrooms 

and cooking facilities with TV, internet and phone facilities. There are generous common spaces to foster intellectual and social interaction for lasting friendships,

academic stimulation and of course, fun.

Kinloch Lodge opened it's doors in January 2009. The property is purpose designed for student living and is responsive to evolving and changing student needs.

Apartments range from single studios to six bedroom shares. Many apartments unclude balconies for fresh air and enterainment with large open plan living rooms.

All apartments have their own batrhoom and cooking facilities with TV, internet and phone facilities. There is a large lounge area with flat screen TV and Foxtel, two

sound proofed music rooms, computer lab, BBQ and outdoor areas, three study and two reading rooms.

Located in ANU Exchange adjacent to the ANU College of Business and Economics, this development is a leader in design and sustainability. Residents choosing to live

in UniLodge @ ANU have the convenience of location to both campus and the central city area, proximity to shops, entertainment and public transport. ANU continue

to offer a full range of quality residential options, from the fully catered, highly supported model of the traditional Hall to the independent studio model at Graduate House.

Applications for Semester 1, 2010 will open on the 29th of August and close on the 20th of January 2010.
